- My whole approach to being a Realtor is simple, the Golden Rule, treat others as you want to be treated.
- I don’t sell buyers a home, I represent them on their purchase.
- I share my knowledge so my clients can make an educated decision on the home and neighborhood they are considering.
- I advise, helping them understand the value of homes they are considering, assisting in negotiation, as a project manager, handling the details to keep everything on track.
- With first time buyers and buyers that are new to the area, I encourage them to get pre-approved before we meet, so the conversation is more meaningful.
- Then I take the buyer(s) out for dinner to answer their questions, and so we can get to know each other, and I start to explain the process including reviewing documentation that is used to purchase a home.
- Then we start looking at homes and the education process continues.

- Initial consultation and walk through of home with owner where I’ll suggest possible inexpensive upgrades that will help the home sell for more and recommend contractors to do these upgrades if needed.
- Provide professional staging at no extra charge, it’s part of the Brokerage fee.
- Provide a window washer at no extra charge, it’s part of the Brokerage fee.
- Provide professional photos at no extra charge, it’s part of the Brokerage fee.
- Preview competing homes for sale in your area to determine precise pricing.
- Homes that are priced right and staged sell in less time for more money.
- The seller’s strongest position of negotiation is in the first week the home is on the market.
- It’s much easier for a seller to manage showings and keep the home looking its best when the home is first listed.
- Market your home for sale and follow up with agents who show it.
- Assist in contract and repair negotiations.
- Manage all aspects of the sale through to the closing day.
