Salt Lake City is a wonderfully scenic place with an unlimited supply of stunning nature. But it’s also a bustling metropolis that has the amenities to cater to just about anything you could ever want or need. From big chains to bespoke boutiques, there’s something for everyone here.
Today, we’re going to be talking about how to find the perfect SLC local gift shop for any occasion. But, no matter who you’re buying for, you’re bound to find something in one of the stores listed below.
1. Cache Toffee
Even if you’re not on the hunt for a present, Cache Toffee is somewhere you should definitely check out. Started by Lori Darr of Park City, the toffee here is small-batch, hand-made with her mother’s recipe, and so delicious you won’t be able to have only one piece. So if you’re looking for a sweet and unique SLC gift, Cache Toffee is somewhere you need to check out.
2. Western Nut
Western Nut is another great place to look for gifts if you’ve got someone with a sweet tooth to buy for. But don’t worry, they’ve also got a wide selection of savory delights on offer too.
Here you’ll find brittles, fudge, chocolates, candies, nuts, and much much more. Founded way back in 1966, Western Nut became and remains to this day a firm fan-favorite among the good people of Salt Lake City. Wester Nut is located at 434 South 300 West in SLC.
3. Mineral and Matter
Moving away from foodstuffs for a moment, we’ve got the beautifully crafted giftware over at Mineral Matter. This nature and celestially inspired line of jewelry, homeware, and other accessories are perfect for the dreamer in your life. They also offer gift cards, perfect for that person who always wants to pick out their own presents. They are located at 177 East 900 South in the Maven District of SLC.
4. Hugo Coffee Roasters
A bag of coffee beans from Hugo Coffee will truly be the gift that keeps on giving. This coffee roaster was founded by dog lover Claudia McMullin, whose goal is to help as many rescue dogs as possible. A portion of the proceeds from all sales goes towards helping different animal charities. They have a shop at 1794 Olympic Parkway in Park City.
5. Fisher Beer
Fisher Beer is a historic brewery that dates all the way back to the 1800s that also happens to be one of my favorite places to grab a beer in SLC. Whether you’re a beer drinker or not, there are tonnes of great gift options here.
Pins, socks, stickers, masks, hats, hoodies—you name it they’ve got it. But, of course, if you are buying a beer aficionado, you can always pick up Cans of beer to go. Fisher Brewing Company is located at 320 West 800 South in SLC.
