Special Holiday Events in SLC

It’s that time of year you are stuffed from all the food you ate with your family and friends at Thanksgiving, and Christmas is right around the corner. You know you should have done your Christmas shopping already, but who plans that far in advance, right? Since our readers are well-informed, we are going to assume you have most of your Christmas shopping taken care of already, and we are going to share a few fun ways to spend some time this Christmas season.

Christkindlmarkt

Over the first weekend of December, Christkindlmarkt puts on its European-inspired Christmas market. With 90-plus vendors worth of shopping and food, it’s an excellent experience for the whole family. Don’t worry if you miss it this year; it is a yearly event worth the visit.

Breakfast with Santa

Over at The Grand America Hotel, you can have breakfast with Santa every weekend leading up to Christmas. Santa’s Magic Morning brings you a fantastic breakfast buffet, along with photos, singing, and storytelling from Mr. and Mrs. Claus. If The Grand America is a little less your style, you can still have breakfast with Santa at Gardner Village.

‘Tis the Season to Give Back

Since Christmas is a time of giving, Om Wellness, Terra Health and Wellness, and Junga LLC invite you to spread love, clothing, food, blankets, and anything else you might want to donate. Christmas day at 1 PM at Om Wellness

A Christmas Carol

A favorite tradition of many, Hale Center Theatre is performing its annual run of A Christmas Carol. It runs every night until the 23rd of December. It’s a classic, and Hale does a great job, so catch it this year.

Level Crossing Brewing is having a Christmas Magic paint night for those who like beer and painting. Sounds like a great evening.

You all know we love our music over here at SLCHomes.com, so what round-up would be complete without a mention of Mannheim Steamroller Christmas at the Eccles theater on December 29th and 30th

There is plenty to keep you busy this Christmas season, and if you haven’t finished your Christmas shopping, we won’t tell; there is plenty of time for that too.
